Sales Executive
Position summary:
Accent Building Sciences, a leading provider of building science services in the Greater Toronto Area, is seeking an experienced Sales Executive. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the engineering industry, with at least 2 years in building science. Must be comfortable calling at the VP level and have excellent presentation and listening skills.
Base salary will commensurate with experience and commissions. Successful candidates will be excellent prospectors and have an established base of contacts in this region.
Responsibilities - A Market outreach and involvement in client based organizations;
- Track new business prospects in coordination with management;

Develop and manage sustaining and target client tracking;
- Establish relationship with clients and contacts;
- Evaluate opportunities resulting from marketing and promotional activities;
- Manage database of potential clients and tracking of feedback resulting from proposals;

Client developmental program.
- Must be willing to prospect for new business.
- Ability to establish contacts who are Property Management professionals in their region.
- 50% local travel.
- Work from office in Toronto Ontario.

Qualifications - Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Architectural combined with Business Administration or Marketing;
- 5 years experience in sales/client development in a similar firm;
- Experience in managing proposals and presentations;
- Excellent written and verbal communications in English. Canadian French is an asset.
