Architectural Technologist or Technician
We are seeking architectural technologists or technicians at our Toronto Office.
General Duties
Architectural technologists implement technical audits and inspections by:
- Assembling site data necessary to complete audit reports;
- Visiting construction sites to gain better understanding of project conditions;
- Partake in preparing detailed instructions and specifications.
The applicant must have:
- 1.Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,
- 1.Good presentation skills, both oral and graphic,
- 1.Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel and Access,
- Good organizational skills.
Qualifications
- University, community college - Architecture technology or similar,
- Must have a valid Ontario driver's license and a vehicle,
- Be comfortable with ladders and heights.
